Aleem started his career as a celebrity manager in 2007 by managing an underground artist Sohaib Ali Khan who was the nephew of a bigger Bollywood Playback singer Shafqat Amanat Ali. This boosted his career and he went onto handling marketing and public relations for different celebrities. Aleem helped many young artists and released several songs. Among them was the song Juda by Bilal Rabbani, which gained marked popularity. In January 2011, Aleem became a part of the promotional work of the album Dhoom by Call (band). Among other people whom Aleem promoted was Qurat-ul-Ain Balouch. Her first ever cover song Ankhian Nu Ren De was released by Aleem on Koolmuzone, which later on gained popularity across the globe.

Amidst all the promotional work, Aleem decided to embark on a journey of his own and started his own venture called Beats24x7, which focused on helping young individuals step up and promote their talents and show their skills to the world. Soon after the launch of Beats24x7, it was nominated at Pakistan Blog Awards, supported by Google, under the category of “Best Blog”. Beats24x7 has covered several events across the world, the biggest being Ali Zafar’s concert in Bahrain 2013.

In 2011, he joined Bollywood actor, singer, and painter Ali Zafar as a part of his official management team. Aleem was a part of several promotional activities done for Ali Zafar which includes several posters, marketing, and song releases. He also played a significant role in the marketing of Ali Zafar’s debut Pakistani film Teefa in Trouble, which was widely promoted across the region. Aleem handled multiple creative assets and marketing rollouts associated with the movie.

He was also a part of Humaima Malick’s team for a brief period as well as vlogger Sham Idrees

Aleem also joined rapper Billy X as his marketing manager with him Aleem released several songs including Chummi Da Sawal, Kurti, Baadshah, Aj Vi Bala, and several others, marketing them through strategic planning and graphic work

In 2015, Zafar joined Pakistan’s youngest singer Asim Azhar as his public relations and marketing manager. Aleem has released several songs with Asim Azhar, playing a significant part in Azhar’s biggest breakthrough in India through Zee Network. Several music videos of Asim Azhar feature Aleem’s name including Soniye, Mahi Ajaa — a track which was also featured in Coke Studio (Pakistani TV program). Some other celebrities Aleem has worked with include Uzair Jaswal, Roxen (band), Saad Sultan, Hamza Malik, Humaima Malick, Faakhir Mehmood, Omer Nadeem, Bilal Saeed and many more. In the past, Aleem has also managed some underground artists, including Ifti, who sung the title track of drama serial Main Abdul Qadir Hoon, which was broadcast on Hum TV, Bilal Rubbani, Raast the Band and many others.

In 2024, Aleem was also a part of Riyadh Season as the head of Ali Zafar’s marketing creative team, showcasing his strong influence and a decade old experience in the Industry.
